So far it's been one of the nicest places to live in Charlotte especially for the price. My only gripes are the trash Valet service. It's not consistent and so we end up emptying our own trash most of the time.
If we could somehow get more parking available or at least a way to identify residents vehicles so visitors are required to use overflow parking would be exceptional.
The maintenance staff has been extremely helpful and friendly when needed.
Compared to the reviews I read upon moving in, I can truly say the new management team has made a difference.
I absolutely love it here. It’s so peaceful and relaxing. This is my favorite place I’ve ever lived. And the moving in process was seamless ❤️❤️❤️
Wonderful place to live! Been living here for almost a year now and the staff is great! The maintenance team is really thorough and Shondell is extremely helpful with any questions or concerns. He also does an amazing job at keeping the property tidy!

Took a tour. OMG property is beautiful. Poor area is amazing. Close to main roads. The staff greeted me with smiles so helpful and informative . This would a great place for me.
This is my first apartment since living on my own, and I would say I have had a a good experience so far! The amenities are great and well kept, maintenance is attentive and responsive in a timely manner, and the ladies in the office are ready to answer and resolve any questions or concerns that I have.
